FaithWorks of Abilene believes “it’s never too late to become what you might have been.” FaithWorks formed in the mind and heart of Joyce Dalzell many years before her first class in 2003.  She realized while she was volunteering at a local food pantry that people “just have never learned the skills they need to find a good job and to be a good employee.”  She visited Hope Works, in Memphis, which was a similar program and knew it was her mission to provide personal, career, academic and spiritual development and to acquire the confidence and skills to gain employment.  Check out FaithWorks of Abilene to learn about how they help Iron Butterflies every day.
